For whom is this 12 Weeks Shred body program for ?
Our program is for anyone who is looking to lose fat and get fit. It doesn't matter if you have never worked out a day in your life or feel like you are very out of shape. That is how all our members start out. In fact, we specialize in beginners.
How long is this program ?
The program length in general is 12 weeks but it can vary depending on your goal. If your goal is to lose 20 pounds your program will be shorter than someone trying to lose 70 pounds. It is 100% custom to your goals.
How long are the workouts under this program?
Most of the workouts varies from 30 to 45 minutes in length. They are a combination of HIIT, CrossFit training and conditioning designed for any fitness level.
What kind of results can I expect ?
Some of our members are looking to lose 10 pounds and improve their cardio while others have lost 45 lbs and are still on their journey to lose another 25 lbs. As long as you are willing to follow our program, your results will be life-changing.

What we do is a combination of strength training and interval training for any fitness level. Trust us, you CAN do it, it's just the mindset!
How's this program different from other programs ?
First and foremost is the flexibility to connect with your trainer anytime unlike in gyms, geographical freedom means you are not restricted to going to gym but rather can perform the workout anywhere. But most important of all is your coach will do the workout along with you live over video conference. We combine all the things that matter. Custom nutrition that fits your lifestyle and goals. Custom Workouts that are optimized (30 minutes), fun and effective. We are there to support you every step of the way. Especially when it comes to fat loss we have put everything we have into creating one of the best body transformation program on the planet and our members see incredible success.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
We can still help you reach your fat loss goal. Since our workouts are led by our certified coaches, we can modify an exercise to fit your ability. Can't do squats because you have a bad knee, no problem. Have a bad shoulder and can't raise your arm well, we can still give you exercises that will get you one step closer to your goal.
What if I am super nervous to get started?
That is so common and you are not alone. This nervousness usually comes from 2 things: 1) Nervous of being judged or having people look at you, or 2) Thinking this is going to be another program that isn't going to work. First, we are not a gym. There are no mirrors, no judgment, and 80% of our clients are on a weight loss journey. This creates an environment of support and care where everyone is willing to lend a helping hand. Second, I totally get it. Most programs have failed you in the past. But we seem to be the place where everyone comes to finally lose weight and keep it off. The place people come to when every program they have tried in the past has failed. Honestly, I am not sure why... I guess it is because our programs work so well️.
Do you need to be in shape to get started?
Absolutely NOT. That is what we do. We help struggling men and women who have either never worked out before, or, have gotten very out of shape, regain their fitness, lose weight, and become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
